When you contract with Closs Property Management, you get 3% of rents collected for each property that you procure, as long as your license is with Closs Property Management. (If you retire – as long as your license is active with us – you will continue to receive this residual income.) You will also earn 3% of rents collected for taking care of day to day managing of the properties that you manage. This means that you get 6% of rents collected for properties acquired and managed by you.

We have our own property management systems, for which we charge on 4% of the rent collected. We offer exciting features to our individual contractors, including license management, legal compliance, financial compliance, insurance and a full suite of property management software. We also provide 24/7 call center coverage, so you don’t need to attend calls at midnight.

Do you want a break from your daily routine? Don’t worry! You can still get your procured properties managed by experts.
